Hi members,

I have a question regarding my case.
I am currently in Montreal and have applied for PR under CEC.

App received - Apr 3
RCMP for wife - sent in June
Medical done on Nov 5th.
Inquiry to prove intention of stay out of quebec - 25th Nov.

Quote from mail -

"Please provide written evidence that you intend to live in a different province than Quebec in order for me to take a final decision on your application.
You have 30 days from the date of this letter to submit the additional information and/ or documentation to the above address.

I am planning to move to Ottawa as my employer allowing me to Work from this location from home.
Could you please help what i should submit to prove my intention?
Do i need to move immediately?

If possible what should be content of letter if i can send that?

After 2 months, I have received original BOWP document. oh my good.

I hope they will be cleared the backlog of applications after launch of express entry.

I submitted the employment letter @ beginning n also a cover letter abt my closed wp situation.
They didn't come back n ask me fr further proofs. U can start contacting real estate agents fr houze lease n add as additional proof.
Only thing s v dont know the date u shud move out yet so i guess vo will understand
I will move once i get pp back.

Hey! I noticed that you also did medicals in the same place than me. Did you get an update in your ECAS 'medicals done'? I just read so many bad reviews about this guy that I'm a bit afraid.

Just PM'ed u, my medicals were uploaded within a week. Call the doctor and confirm from them.

I applied in September month. Got the approval on 17th October. Then after, I haven't receive original copy.
So I contacted them after 6 weeks around 28th November. On the same day, they update in their system and issued new one.

Luckily my work permit will be expired next week and today I renew the SIN.

It is just a line at the end that says :

Upon receipt of her Permanent Residency, she would be relocated to the XXXX Toronto, ON office located at:
<Office address in Ontario>

Sorry I cant paste the reference letter, as it is long with duties specific to my NOC 2171.
