I applied before you on April 10, still waiting... gonna apply for GCMS notes soon... getting worried about it now.. its gonna be second week of December now if nothing shows up till mid-december, then i m afraid we will have to wait till Jan...

Did you check your ECAS modified date? what does it show?

can anybody explain the reasons why some of the april applicants still waiting for medical while a lots of them already got the Medical.

can anybody explain the reasons why some of the april applicants still waiting for medical while a lots of them already got the Medical.
as i applied on 15 april but i saw many applicants applied after 15 april have got the medical
what are the reasons

The only thing I can think about are students who are starting in January but I dunno the wait is very long just want it all sorted already.

I have questions. Can I change the job? because I got the BOWP and don't want to continue with current employer. Is there any impact on my current application?

However, I had completed with medical request and paid upfront RPRF fees.

I would start looking for a new role but not start until it's all sorted. You've come all this far. Imagine how upset you would be if when you do the flag pole and they don't give it to you

Did you check your ECAS modified date? what does it show?

You can check the sheet to find out the date, I didn't though. I mentioned couple times about my progress, but I understand it is a hard work to keep every infomation updated by the mods.

I am an April 28th Applicant...and received AOR on June 06, 2014.
I did not receive my MR too, along with so many other applicants in April.

First of all, hearty congratulations to all the friends, who received their MR's and PPR's already.
Good luck to you guys...for the rest of the process.

And coming to the friends, who are with me(still waiting for MR)....
Looking at the trend and other posts on this forum, my observation is that, "The second review" trend started somewhere around October 2013 and November 2013 applicants. Slowly, the November, December 2013 applicants have been processed and January applicants are also being processed right now(who ever didn't get MR's in the first attempt).

At this point of time, more than 50% of the applicants did not receive MR's, who are February 2014, March 2014 and April 2014 applicants.
Probably, all of us might have been put under review for various reasons like...

1.Company address showing residential address.
2.Duties do not match the lead statement of NOC code.
3.Company's address changed.
4.LOE does not appear to be authentic.
5.Applicant's studies does not match the work background and many more reasons...(can't really generalize them...)

But do not worry my friends, I strongly believe and hopeful that, CIC won't be rejecting more than 50% of applications every month. It might just take more time for us, to be cleared of the any doubts or explanation, that CIC needs from us.

After all, their official processing time is still 13 months...and some friends here are lucky to be processed within 7-8 months..as their files, might have been completely perfect and without any glitches.

Our time will come soon too... but at the same time, I do not believe that we (April applicants still waiting for MR), will hear something right away in this December or January 2015...because.. CIC has gone ahead into May 2014 applications now, who started getting MR's....and there are so many applicants waiting still to be reviewed..... from Jan, Feb and March 2014. So, if at all, we are put under review by another officer, we might not hear anything until March or April 2015. This is just my opinion though and I am just telling it here, as it may help others, not to panic right now, and be mentally prepared to wait for another 3-4 months at least, from now.

Bottom line is....................................count me in too...on the waiting list guyzz...Lol !!!

Just as I wrote that long opinion of mine... I have received the Medical Request right after that.
My Lawyer just informed me that I have received the Medicals for me and my wife.
I am not sure when CIC sent it to them though... Probably, last night... or this morning...

Just as I was preparing to wait for another 3-4 months... I got this medical request on a Saturday from my Lawyer. (Even hard for me to believe...)
A little patience, paid off...

I wish, every member here, get their MR's soon too...
