I just did upfront RPRF payment and got receipt. Did you fill any details in receipt (Name and address) before sending it to CIC?

Yes, Once you print the rprf payment receipt , you need to fill out Date of birth, UCI number, Name, address , postal code and phone number....

My status is also more like VS1987..But however I had sent out my RCMP police certificate some time during Aug itself. Still I have not received my MR request.

Just to see the trend..people who are waiting for MR, did you send out RCMP police certificates after you had submitted your PR applications ?
Is there a link for the delay of MR request and the RCMP police certificate submission.?


Keeping my fingers crossed..it has been long time now waiting this way.

I didn't sent RCMP .... as far as I know RCMP is not required unless or otherwise asked by CIC....
Please correct me members if I'm wrong over here...

For me Application Status still show like App Recv.. And when I click on it, it shows only one line ' we received your application on this date...."

This whole MR thing driving me crazy...

I found a thread in the forum that has a people who dont received their MR yet, and reading people comments over that forum gave ma panic attack...

There are many people from November 2013 application are still waiting for their MR.....

I'm waiting for MR too. I don't understand why people get so worried, especially when they can apply for BOWP, as I'm gonna do next month.

Hey, don't worry. We all have different timelines. So, background checks - in some cases - take more than others, thus the application is delayed a bit more. Nevertheless, no worries. You'll end up receiving it sooner than later.

The email subject was Ready for Visa. It has my uci, name, application number etc...then it has same regular contents as the sample ppr email on Tobby's website

Congrats pNick!! 2 days after receiving your medicals they have processed the application and asked you for PPR! That's fantastic and ridiculously fast!! Now I'm terrible hyped by the idea of having PPR before Christmas LOL

Thank you Maxmoore. Yes, It is ridiculously fast I don't know why. Another thing is I get it night 11:30 pm. If it is in batch then PPR should be received by many applicants, just not 2 applicants. ??? I think others might have received their PPR those are not active in the forum. I think everybody will get their PPR soon.
