Many congrats for receiving the good news...
Could you please share the date you paid your RPRF, was it upfront or you received a request by CIC?
(Addition to CEC_1304 note)

Thanks!

Thank you Veeru, I paid upfront RPRF and didn't receive RPRF email. Straight PPR email.

Congratulations. A very fast process indeed. I have decided to send in a new PCC, although they didn't ask for one, but there's no news for a month after I paid the RPRF, so I'd rather do something....

Thank you duplex... :) :)

Please do send new PCC .There are chances that they will email you for PCC later, so better sent it now so u can get reply before christmas....
I wish you all the good luck... :) :)

PhDstudent,

From what email have you received the request to pay RPRF?

I would like to do a search on my email, in case it went to the trash.

Tks!

Yes I did, it's from CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

Today I changed my address again, such a mess, I don't even know where too look for the COPR now. Hopefully they did not send it yet...

You have sent a mail to CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca

COPR comes through email or mail?

Can any answer if CIC reject file after 6-8 month stating that eligibility not passed?
I read somewhere on the web that person got rejected because Eligibility not passed or something like that...

Also, can someone please tell me what is Eligibility in terms of CIC?

Hi VS 1987,

I dont think so they will return your application. First of all, they will send you an email to explain your self if they have any doubt. Every case is different as long as you have T4 and NOA with same amount you are good. Also do order GCMS notes so you are awre what CIC is doing? If notes says review required and if you feel you can explain the situation well , than of course be proactive and before CIC asks you , provide them detailed information.

For CIC, eligibility criteria,
1. your reference letter should states your duties clearly, your duties fall under Stated NOC code.
2. To support your reference letter they check T4 and NOA.

these three documents are main if you have these 3 docs and stating same income you are good to go... :) :)
