I guess it means that they open newly received applications after almost 3 months delay.

Yeaaaaa!!!!!! I'm so happy, just called CIC (they received my application on April 22) they told that " we are sending acknowledgment letters for that week now, you are going to receive letter and booklet soon" !!. And she said that it's normal that you don't get any online update yet, it's gonna come later!
So for all those who sent (actually cic got) application between April 22-26 are going to receive letter soon!!!

Now I'm wondering: what do you think what is the chance of getting RQ after Ack.Letter? Is there many people getting it after getting booklet and letter? :-\

The chances to get RQ are not so high as they used to be. But I guess if they sent RQ it will happen during the file creation. According to the cic - file creation takes 9 months now.

What makes you think that you will get RQ??? Be positive and DO NOT worry about something which didn't even happen nor any surety that it will ever happen...So relax and be patient.
