So last month I requested CBSA notes from ATIP portal, just to confirm my entry/exit to canada to make sure my submitted application is aligning with what they have.
After a month, I got an email saying I have no records, lol what?! I came to canada years before covid, and in the past 5 years (so after 2019 mentioned below) before my citizenship application I traveled twice only, I know exactly the date and time, all by air, and they don't have it, what am I missing?!

The email I got was
Request Disposition: Does not exist

The Canada Border Services Agency has a retention period for entry information from January 1, 2006 and on.

Please note that our office has completed the Travel History records search using only the document number(s) provided in this request. After a thorough search, no exit records were found that respond to your request.

The CBSA began recording traveller exit information on travellers (excluding Canadian and American citizens) entering the United States from Canada on June 30, 2013, and began recording all travellers including Canadian and American citizens on July 11, 2019. As of June 25, 2020 CBSA records exits for all travellers in the land mode and the commercial air mode for all destinations.

In the period, I selected the total period too, not just 5 years, and still nothing.
