It is possible. It's better to inform CIC call center about your address change asap.

Canada Post has a disclaimer with their mail forwarding service that they may not forward mail from the government. I'm wondering if my mail is simply stuck somewhere...

Application Was recevied April 15th, book mailed out (No book yet as of July 15th 2013)

Application began processing July 3rd, 2013.

Recevied my book / package Yesterday 2013-08-20

I'm still waiting for mine (app received April 29, processing started July 16th. I'm wondering if it is because I moved in July. I updated my address around the end of July on eCAS. But it sounds like it could be simply hasn't been mailed yet (or in transit)

I would just call Canada Post and ask - this way you can know for sure.

As far as I know, Canada Post does not forward Govt mails, whether it is mentioned "do not forward" or not.

No, I didn't, I just used my office address because I was going to move.
And there is no "do not forward" label on the envelop

We applied in April 2013 too, got the book with the letter.
