Thanks.

You're good as long as everything have been filled up completely. Your NOC code should match with the working permit and I think also the Letter of Employment that you have should state your JOB as a FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR only and the description that goes with it.

My file got refused today.

Reason for Refusal - "You chose not to submit a letter of reference from your employer specifying the work experience that you obtained in Canada, the job duties that you performed or the job responsibilities that you had assigned to you"

I did provided the letter with my application.
Instead of requesting the document they sent me an Refusal Email.

Thats really bad -- how they make people w8 for 7-8 months and then refuse it for stupid reasons even without giving you a chance to fix your mistake or explain your side !!!

How is that possible. Dont they send you an AOR because they have assessed that you have all the required documents and the completeness?

My 3 work permits has three different codes...and I applied CEC with a different code.My job description and the noc code matches.Will I application be rejected.Please reply

Dear msnpr,

It is really dissapointing and sad to see that your file is rejected.
Suggest you send them the reasons for not submitting the letter of employer asking them to reconsider.

Yea, if there is a NOC code on the work permit, it means its not a open work permit so you can only work the job that fits that very NOC code.
