Yes. The back of the photo, which is the bill receipt from the studio didn't have my name and DOB on it.

I scanned back of my photo with all that information not receipt.

In case of a printed photo, that info needs to be at the back of the photo. As per the guidelines for a digital photo which you directly upload without scanning, the back of the photo is the bill receipt showing address of the studio, date the photo was taken, name and DOB of the person. That's what I understand.....

The photographer provided me with both digital and printed photos and instructed me to upload the digital photo for the front and a scanned copy of the back of the printed photo for the back.
