thanks for the reply sts2canada.yun na nga balak ko e kukuha na muna ako ng ielts sa may 20 or june 5 tapos mga mid may ayusin ko na mga passport ng mag-ina ko.after ko masend cguro yung initial application ko ayusin ko naman yung mga credentials ko.may tanong po ule ako.ang nakalagay po kasi sa birth certificate ko ay rustum bryan pero ang ginamit ko sa school records ko ng elementary hanggang college ay rostum bryan tapos yung mga id's ko naman rustum bryan na.d kaya ako magka problema sa pagsabmit ng docs ko

I sent my case to CIO on 03rd April 2010 without IELTS by courier but it received in CIO office on 12th April 2010. (vide tracking details)

Would it be rejected as it received on 12 April and i did not attach IELTS..?

Hi,

Iam all ready with application for immigration to be filed for canada, but recently I heard a new NOC list is going to be publised as per canadian ministry. Can any one help me know if this is really true, and if yes where can I find updated NOC list. As am waiting for this confusion to be clarified. Or can I still go ahead and send the application.

They are currently conusulting with stakeholders as far as new NOC or any revision is concerned. Its still under wraps so what ever we say will be based on assumptions. You should apply as soon as you can if your occupation falls under current NOC 38

As I understand it, only persons with already a family as husband, common-law partner or sons and daughters whether they will be accompanying the primary applicant or not should be written there. yes,u are right regarding (IMM 0008-Generic)
