I sent email to CIC yesterday night. Today, they replay and said "no decision on your fairness letter yet."

I dont know what they are up too.. They are dealing with us like a step-mother

Hello forum members!!!!

We are still stuck from April 2010, are their any one like us who are still stuck, it is a really torturing wait which is not taking any end... We were interviewed 6 months back yet they can't decide weather we are fake or real, this is totally unfair on behalf of the visa officer, I can't do any thing except for praying...
Plz pray for me who ever see this MSG

Iam a lost 2010 applicant had done interview 7 months ago and no medical, my question is can i contact the minister for imigration and tell him about this 5 years delay???
Would it affect my status or would it do something better???

I am april 2010 Application i got PPR today finally, but my case was little complicated but Finally, so dun worry guys you all will get it too.

Congrats!!!. Which is your visa office?. My ecas access is also gone and I applied for GCMS notes with visafile.info and it is more than 45 days and I still not receive my notes. Looks like they have blocked everything and not sure what is happening with my file.

So, did you get a positive decision after you received a fairness letter or Is it that they delayed your file?.

Visa office: New delhi. I had few things to settle so my file was actually delayed. I was rejected first and i re-applied and now finally PPR today. I think they are going to sort out 2010 applicants by end of this year.
