Guys

In both the links

http://www.albertacanada.com/immigration/immigrate/srsvisaholder.html

http://www.albertacanada.com/immigration/campaigns/h1b.html

they have removed the news wherein the NOC list for ALberta was supposed to be updated , any insight on this?

If the Candidate is approved as a Provincial Nominee and they find employment in their field in Alberta, the AINP may be able to issue a letter of support that would help the Candidate start working in Alberta right away, prior to their application for permanent residence with CIC being finalised.

It could mean they are not changing it right now or that the date they are changing it has changed. Note at at the top of the list of occupations under pressure it says: Please note that this list is reviewed regularly and occupations may be added or removed based on Alberta’s current labour market needs. so technically they can change it at any point without letting anybody know.

Has the April 15th Deadline removed (Urgent reply)?

Hi Everybody

We are new to this program
Me and my husband are planning to apply for the Canadian PR.

Some queries.

1)I think the AINP Occupations under pressure list was to be modified post April 15 09. Is it so? or has the date(April 15 09) been removed?

2) Doe the reference letter have to be company letter head ????
( "A copy of reference letters from any previous U.S. employer(s).")

3) My husband is on H1b and I am on F1 visa. Id there any requirement to state the fact that i am on F1????

I might have asked questions with very obvious answers ..please pardon us for that ...we are completely new to this...and extremely eager in this plan ....

Awaiting your reply urgently
Regards

They updated the both pages yesterday (Date Updated: Apr 06, 2009) and removed the new change on April 15 they have been talking about. That's interesting.

As Leon said above, they might still change it without making a public announcement on the frontpage.
