I’m currently studying at a college here with a study permit and I’ve been applying to universities to finish my bachelor’s. I’d probably be applying for the SP extension in June. I’m also going to apply for PR (H&C Pathway) once I finish my current studies which is in July. In my SP extension application, should I state my intent to apply for PR next month and clarify that I will return to my homeland if my legal status ends? Should I also do this in my PR application as well?
