Hi, Im wondering if someone got his study permin on july 2014 do she need to apply foe work permit or she only need to go to service canada and ask for SIN ? please answer me as soon as is possible

Being student for part time work, directly go to service Canada and ask for SIN number.
If she completed her studies then apply Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP).
