Alright, so in summary, my situation is:
- Permit originally expired on July 30th, but applied for extension and submitted around 2 weeks prior so I am now on maintained status
- Due to issues, one of my required credits doesn't count -> Most likely outcome is I have to study part time on that elective alone to have enough credits to graduate
My concerns are that:
- Am I allowed to study part time while on maintained status? Just for information, this would supposedly be my last semester, and all prior semesters have been full time, even if the end date had changed compared to what was submitted on the extension application.
- Am I allowed to work meanwhile?
- Who do I have to inform if that's the case?
- If I am not eligible for PGWP afterwards, why so?
- If I am eligible for PGWP, is it possible to work full time right away even if I applied on maintained status?
- My SIN number technically also expired, so how would I go apply for a new one in this case?
I'd really appreciate it if someone could enlighten me on my concerns, and possibly a source of origin of information on such.
