Apply for an open work permit under a public policy (PGWP extension)

Hi! I applied for Restoration and OWP/PGWP extension on Jan 27 under new public policy and was approved on Feb 22. I only received the approval letter, does anybody got the hard copy already? How many days til you received it? Also, can I start working while waiting for the hard copy?

I think you can start working ...don't know 100%, the hardcopy takes one week or two

Yes I asked my lawyer
You can start working
Although you will also need to renew your SIN no right
And for that I guess you will have to wait for the hard copy

Congrats, I applied feb 10 with restoration, hoping I’ll get an answer soon.

My PGWP is expiring on Sept 11, 2021. Am eligible for this new policy? I’m kinda confused by the deadline of July 27, 2021. Some people said if PGWP expires after this deadline then you’re not eligible. Is this correct?
