Well, received an email from Mississauga they received my Application for my PR and then I checked online it has been processing. Would like to know now. How long would it be taken to get another answer from them?

Well currently the processing time is 27 months from the day they received your application in mail. But what I've noticed is that most applications get finalized within a year and a half (give or take a couple months). Good luck!

You should hear from them within 9-12 months for medical probably. Good luck
