application before 300 cap

Hello
I would like to know what has happened to whose applicants who have applied before 300 cap. I mean how far there application is in term of getting visa.

I want to know How much time it will take to get medical or visa

Hi momin.jaweed,

making it into the cap does not guarantee a visa at all,you will first get a PER(positive eligibility review) from sydney,nova scotia then your file will be sent to a visa office you select in your application,your application will be reviewed by a visa officer and if you pass eligibility and admissibility checks a visa will be granted when your application is finalized.
check: WWW.CIC.GC.CA for average processing times of fsw category for your visa office.
