well, u can give it a shot but i think those guys are only responsible for receiving applications, they would likely not answer any question on visa processing. I would advise u to simply send them an email inquiry with the subject as **URGENT** only. Be careful that all the question u have is in that one email, they would read it and reply ur inquiry. If u forward another email after the 1st inquiry they would not reply, so the 1st inquiry is ur only chance. If ur subject does not reflect **URGENT**, they may never reply

Dear all,

some advise for all of you that desperately want to get a status update on their application!
I found a agency in Vienna that goes to the embassy for you to inquire - and it is not a scam!!
I requested an inquiry and they got back to me the next day saying that my work permit will be done this week.
Today I got my WP form Vienna so it all went well. For the service they charges 27 Euro -AFTER they sent me the info on my application.

CIC just published the latest processing times:

According to this data, the processing time for Vienna is up by another month (for FSW MI-2 and MI-3 / applications after June 26, 2010). This is not too bad, I was expecting worse

Hi guys, just to let u know, According to the official data from gc.ca as of october 4 2012, the number of pending FSW remaining is as little as just 57 cases with just 3 cases under assessment for eligibility so ground total = 60 cases.

This means (according to the data) final decisions on mi 1 and 2 have been made remaining only mi 3 which is exactly 56. the pending case for QSW for the same period is just 15. So if I add the ground total which includes the 3 cases still under assessment.. then we have 75 cases left in all. This number is so small as far as I am concerned most especially if compared with other VOs. Vienna can settle this case in just a month or 2. what I think is that we are not hearing anything from them not because there are too many FSW cases to attend to but because they are probably attending to some other categories for now.

So I hope things will happen in a speed of light when they start attending to FSW cases.
