Does anybody know TA/RA work can be used for EE?!
Or any forums for such questions

If you have obtained these work experiences while you have been a full time student, they won't consider them.

What about TA that I did back home (not in Canada)?
Thanks

Dear all,

I just got an email this morning that "Your case has been transferred from Beijing VO to Hongkong VO......and your case is on the list of inventory of Hongkong VO"

Anyone know what is the exact meaning of "Inventory" here? Does it mean backup list that Hongkong office won't process my case until they finish whatever they have on hand first?

To those who used Beijing Office, it looks like that all the FSW and CEC applications have been transferred to Hongkong, God bless all of us, which we really need.

Regards,

Tony

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/mi/express-entry.asp

go to:

Work experience — requirements

(7) For the purposes of this section,

(a) a period of employment during which the foreign national was engaged in full-time study is not to be included in calculating a period of work experience;

It is now for both of them (i.e. TA/RA is not considered if obtained while you were engaged in full time study). Previously it was only for CEC bot according to new system (EE), it also includes FSW.

Regarding your second question, I am not quite sure about that. You can find your answer by going to this thread:

I got the same email as well :'( :'( :'(

Tony,

To me, it means that they will be responsible for your case and it doesn't mean that your case will be finalized at the end. I have seen "inventory" word on other thread for other applicants. You may go to the following thread and ask senior members about it:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/fsw-2014-applicants-timeline-lets-network-here-t199004.217560.html

Thanks, Viva.Really pissed off this morning.

Just don't understand the stupid CIC, they started to transfer cases to Hongkong from this January due to some special situation happened in Beijing. But they didn't say or do anything in the past 2 and half months, only kept our case at Beijing without touching and now transfer away.

Hi Guys,

No PPR, but I received fingerprint request today. Has anyone done fingerprint in the forum???

I see RCMP only accept electronic fingerprint. However, CPC-Ottowa asked the document to be submitted to this address:

Attention: Program Assistant AW5180 – CPC-O

Case Processing Center - Ottawa

219 Laurier Avenue West

7th Floor, Section B

Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1

Should I just do a electronic fingerprint and send it to that address?

Appreciate to any help.
