Yes please, send them the receipts or confirmations you got from your clinic to prove you completed all medicals. Let them know you are concerned that your eCAS hasn't been updated. Send scanned copies to both email addresses: CPC CTD Ottawa and Ottpilot…. (The latter is written in the medical request email and will go straight to the medical department at CPC Ottawa)

One more question: have you ordered GCMS notes? If so, you should be able to verify whether or not your medical results were received at CPC. Please look carefully at the field "Incoming or outgoing correspondence from the applicant" There you will see the medical request order and within "status" you will see whether or not medicals were received.

We had our medical exams done around mid-Nov, 2014. So, it's more than 2 months and there is no update (not even whether or not CIC received medical reports). Btw, the doctor asked my wife to do a second xray. I emailed tracking sheets and RPRF payment proof to CIC (I emailed twice-first time I sent the RPRF payment proof, and then I sent the the tracking sheets. I got automated responses only). Worried why it's taking so much time. No clue how long others usually waited / are waiting after medical. Don't know if I should contact them (If I should, confused about what I should write). Could anybody please share experience/suggestions? Thank you.

Good luck man, you deserve to get your PPR soon!

Thanks Pepe

Have u ever seen such situation before ?

No bro. Have you checked what you have in GCMS within the field outgoing/incoming correspondence with applicant? I could easily track whether my medicals were received and when they approved my medicals by looking at that field. If your medicals were not received at all, you will be able to see it in your latest GCMS.

I not sure if you remember when I told you that undergoing medicals with different doctors and in different countries may delay the process of your application. I think this is what actually happened. The medical department was unable to match your spouse results with your results (due to lazy people) and thats why you got the email. This is my theory, it may be wrong.

I don't know what could have happened in my case? We did our medicals in one clinic. I tried contacting CPC-O, but they're not responding, even though they've exceeded 20 working days. :(
I'm thinking that since my medicals were probably sent to the London Medical Branch, because I was in Egypt, they forgot to forward it to CPC-O.

Your theory makes perfect sense to me, both medical center told me they already uploaded results in the system now cic medical department has to track them, I feel they sent me email rather than looking into their system.

I feel it's not good to sent them too many email, just write email that your ecas status not been updated, send them details where n when u had medical with receipt attached, and request them of they received ur medicals . I feel you will be ok than

Lets see what happens. I have no exact idea how long it takes from CC charge to PER email, but I remember reading somewhere that the average time varies from 15-28 days, depending on the officer/workload perhaps.

Hi Nightrain,
My application was also received and cc was charged on the same days (Nov 18 and Jan 13). Hope we can get the PER on the same day as well :) Any idea on the recent time delay between cc charged and PER?
