Congrat. When did it change?

To be honest I have no Idea... I checked last week and it was "In Process".. I checked today and it has been changed..
I guess it has changed after I sent the biodata document..
Dose anyone have any idea how long does it take to receive passport request after my status has changed?

Guys, this is my first time to request information through the Privacy Act, is this the link for doing that ?

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-personal.asp

Is it done online without the need to mail any documents ?

My application got refused a few days ago, because the main duties described in my employment letter did not meet the requirements of my relevant job descriptions according to NOC. Those duties described in my employment letter were very brief and did not cover all. I am now requesting a new employment letter from my former employer with more detailed description of main duties and want to submit a new application. I wonder what kind of supporting documents will be helpful in my case?

Yep. Click "Online request" -> "Next" -> "Continue", and start filling in the form. You will need to upload some docs to prove that you are eligible to request the info (I used *Canadian* driver license and study permit, but I heard that driver license is enough).

Do not know... SP confirms that you have the right to get the data, but I'm not sure that it confirms that you are "a person in Canada" (i.e., your residency). On the other hand, I think it says somewhere that if you have a mailing address in Canada, you do not have to prove your residency or something along those lines.

Edit: Have you ordered GCMS/CAIPS notes before? If yes - just use the same docs you used in the past.

Hi All

I applied for PR under the FSW PhD Stream March 9, 2013 and i received PER on April 4. Since then i have not heard from CIC. Today i received my GCMS notes raising a question. The NOC in the application is 2121000, however the NOC related to my work experience (RA) is 4122000 (Post Secondary Teaching and Research Assistants). Do you think this might make a problem for my application or this is normal?

I have ordered it a couple of times with just entering my Canadian mailing address and attaching my study permit. You are fine. do not need to submit anything more.

Thanks a lot vasyok, hamed_hamed_hamed, sgtrigger and SJ2013 ! Do they send it at exactly 30 days or it might take less ?

It is supposed to be less than 30 days. I have applied on Dec 5, but haven't heard back yet. The time before that took 2 months for me.
