Hello guys,

Can I present a work experience letter indicating that I had a full-time job in a company in my home country exactly at the same time when I was a full-time master student in my home country?

Thanks.

To answer you question, you should ask your self, is it true?
I told you in older post that this might be very risky as it clues for possible misrepresentation and has sever consequences.

Hi,

I applied for PR under PhD stream in May 2013. Do I have to worry about applying GCMS or CAIPS now? Also what is the due date meaning in the GCMS/CAIPS? Thanks.

Its a good idea to get CAIPS anytime, since it shows due date for your application.
The due date for each part for example Eligibility shows the deadline for CIC to process your file

Hi,

I got my PER in Feb 2013 and recently I received my second CAIPS which shows that even eligibility is not started!
Its more than one year after submitting my application! does any one have the same problem? any suggestions!?

Same like you. I got my PER on the same day (Feb 18) and no more updates till this moment. I believe we should expect a document request or so through the coming couple of weeks.

The weird thing in my CAIPS is that I got 22 points for education! It mentions "year of educations" is 15 years while in my application I have shown 21 years of educations.
Do you think that I should send something to correct that or its not important since Sydney does the first assessment?

I just noticed that my eligibility due date is May 2014 while, my due date on second page is Dec 2013. It's weird!! What about you Hamed? Are yours different, too?

I am really not sure if it is a good idea or not to send them to correct that. But if I where you I would not send a correction for that.

You still have over 67 points. Don't you? If you are from Iran or Egypt, they will ask you for CV, list of publications, etc...I guess it is to prove your education. My suggestion is to wait until you get doc request and then send any other proofs for your education together with documents asked.

I think this is a good option

Hello experts,

Sorry if my post is irrelevant to immigration.
Does anyone know how early we can apply to renew the study permit? I remember I once read that it is 90 days prior to expiry of the old permit.
Can anyone help me on this.

Thanks,

I was told not to apply any earlier than 3 months by my University's International Student Office.
