I have one year plus one month full time work experience, not RA/GRA type.
It's a little bit wired. If my application pacakge is incomplete, they shouldn't charge me at first accordingly to the other guys experience.
If I'm not eligible for the PHD stream, it should be too quick for the negative review response.
Anyway I shall get result soon and I shall update it here again.

Although it is said in CIC website that once the application is forwarded to visa office the $550 application fee will not be refunded, my friend got refunded.
