IS PER the letter that you receive from CIO or Visa office? Does it mean file number? if yes then what is the next column? sorry just a bit confused with abbreviations

From CIO -Sidney. AOR is the Acknowledge from the Visa Office - Consulate that your documents where received by them and will be further processed.

My ECAS status also changed from the null status to a complete receive by date status.

They cashed my card today. Waiting for PER now :)

Congratulations :D It's getting faster and faster. With the status changed from "null" to "application for permanent residence", at least we know they haven't forgotten our stream yet. The lack of news lately have been pretty depressing :(

hi guys,
in the economic form for skilled worker, where they tell you to list out your previous work experience in the order in which you want it to be assessed, what do they mean?...for example, i'm claiming my 2 years of part time RA (equivalent to 1 year full time) as well as my TA experience for the same period and also 6 months university lecturer position back in my home country...so basically i've put it down as 3 separate jobs...which order should i put it down as?...any suggestions please?
thanks!

Which of those professions we plan to have after you get you PR/PHD? I would put University Lecturer first. The point of that form is to allow employers to search from professionals that they may need in Canada

I began to wonder whether they did not recognize some characters in the email address that I wrote in the form?

did you guys provide copies of your birth certificate?...i'll have to go to India to get mine.....i have a copy of my baptism certificate though..
also, should all the documents which we submit as "copies" be notarised??

When I was submitting my documents I contacted them and they said only translations need notarization.

I really hope November, December and January applicants will all get their PER soon, so they can start working on the February applicants. Watching the tracker and the timeline really makes me nervous (and depressed as well) :(
