Anyway, one of my friends applied under FSW3 3 years ago (I think it was September 09 when he submitted his application to Nova Scotia), and he got his medical January last year if I'm not mistaken. He got his passport stamped around April or May '11, so the whole process was 19 - 20 months. Buffalo did take forever, huh...

It is mentioned that we have to submit police clearance certificates from all the places that we live for more than 6 months outside canada. So I guess they have their own method to check the applicant's history inside canada. To be specific, they may have the right to do the same procedure as the RCMP do.TyrusX said:
