Thanks pepe. it is weird because for me the message is same as yours except the email address which is CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca. Even, I believe at the time you applied VO had already been changed to CPC, so why did you get that email address? probably they did not update that email address when sending MR to you.

That email address was for general inquires when CPP was active.

Then I am not too sure. Someone told me in November that that was the medical department email. Actually I have sent emails to this email address and I never got my emails back as "not delivered"

I ordered GCMS notes for my PR card application (very easy, just follow the same steps but choose PR card application rather than PR application). Here are few important notes:

PR card application received by CPC Sydney: Jan 28 2015

PR card approved and sent for production: Feb 12 2015

PR card in the mail: March 6 2015

PR card received: March 12 2015

Hey guys, sorry for being absent for the last couple of weeks. I just wanted to let you know that I got my PR card yesterday. It took 6 weeks exactly after landing.

One applicant in FSW2014 thread got MR today. Applied on Oct. 20th and the VO is Ottawa. He/she got PER on Jan. 19th.

No. They sometimes give some priorities to other NOCs.

Actually we don't know how they pick the order. As pepe said before its really hard to predict the exact way they process our application. All we just can wait for our turn .

You are right. Not fair but nothing we can do.

I just received notes of Feb. 13 and as I guessed my application is NOT touched and nothing is started. October applicants (or early September applicants like me mistaken as October applicants) have to wait for long time.
