Another Phd applicant got rejection with ground of Not proving "Intention of living outside of Quebec". Immigration officer does not know the meaning of or misinterpretation of "Intend or Intention" in their federal law statement.

Yes! I am september as well (Sep 7, PER: Dec22) and I haven't received medical or RPRF. I read the past posts and realised that everyone else has got their MEDs! why didn't we hear back from ottawa then?!

Early October applicants still waiting for MR and RPRF.

3rd line be added after medical not after passport request, People get 3rd line updated from one week to one month, In my case it took long as 3rd line been added after more than 2 months.
