Received GCMS notes this morning. It says "documentation related to work experience on file- reviewed but NOT verified" and "supporting documentation regarding adaptability points reviewed but NOT verified". There is a dash in the first sentence. Does anyone else have the same note? A theory.... Is it possible that the dash is an internal code and it means attentions are required? Do not know how, normally, CIC verifies the work experience?

Man some ppl r super lucky, I think we r not . One of my friend applied on August 3rd and already landed. We applied just 3 weeks later still haven't get the PPR

This note is basically from CIO office in Sydney. This implies that the visa office didn't start start processing your file yet. CIO office when they asses us for the Positive Eligibility they just review the documents but never verify. VO done most of the verification or decision making steps. I guess thats how the system works.

Hello All,

I just need clarification for couple of questions.

1) I sent a document to CIC through Fedex,but was told it can only be delivered to their mail room because its a secure building. How would I know if the document is received by the intended person.

2) My medical result was sent last week,but still no update on my ECAS,is this normal?

3) what is the time between medical and Passport request in recent time?

Note; Please we should be prepared to that CIC might request for any documents from us at any time during the application process,most expecially Proof of Settlement fund..

My Notes says "Sent file to CPC-O Program Integrity for comprehensive check for the PA". Does anyone know what this means? Background check? How long does it usually take?

there are two reasons a file may be sent to Program Integrity: either there's confusion or an unclear point in the case, but not solid enough to warrant refusal, or there's a random check during an audit to evaluate the performance of CIC operations.

GCMS notes say "Application counted against the cap of 500 MI 12 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA MET".
So.... application falls in the cap, right? Feel confused about the meaning of "against".

Yes my fried you are in the cap so u r safe . When you got the PER that means definitely they have counted you.

don't freak out! If you haven't done any sort of fraud, there's nothing to be afraid of. I guess the only thing is that it may prolong your application's processing time.
