Hi Gavin,
This page says about CPC Ottawa address:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/ottawa.asp

But may I know what documents you would like to send? The PER letter said "Please do not forward additional documents unless requested." Can one still send docs in advance like PCC?

Since they didn't update the number of applicants after the Nov 19th, we don't know what happened. I am also a Dec 5th applicant.
There is a topic for Dec applicants. You may find reference information over there.

The link is for FSW, not PhD stream, so the timeline they report in that one is completely different. People on FSW got charged sooner (2-3 weeks) than PhD stream.

My ECAS in now showing the 3rd line! I took my medical exams on Feb 4th, and it's now received, Surprisingly fast.... 8)

It used to be the other way around! I am Oct 15th applicant and people from FSW with the same date as me got charge around a week after me. I think you better some how contact CIC to see what is going on. I hope you guys get charge very soon.

I am 8th Dec applicant, no news

Yeah this is a bit worrying. Today they are charging other FSW applicants with a submission date of Dec 22.

My E-cas is updated and it is funny. The first 2 line says,
We have received you application on April 2013.
We started processing your application on Feb 2015.

And yes, it is decision made now.

No Zorroo, no news of Medical. Some people from beginning and middle of Sep are still waiting I guess. I don't know why they slowed down issuing medicals. But for sure, I will let you know as soon as I get it. Please do the same :)

cheers

Thank you all for the inputs! I contacted CIC and asked for updates. Good news is the cap is not reached until the Dec 5th, but they haven't charged yet. They said the application was put into a queue for the initial processing.

Hey Ace_2012, Congratulations. Finally you also got PPR. Any idea why it took so long in your case?

It is great news for many of early December applicants. Thanks for sharing and +1.

My friend send his application Dec 10th and he is worried. Do you mean applicants after dec 5th are out of the game?
