Has anyone here tried sending a CSE? I sent them an updated employment records letter 14 day ago, but they have not acknowledged receiving the letter. Is that normal?

I am just worried I have a third party person that is processing my papers she might not get the emails If ever I have documents needed or asked can i still see it in my cic account? this is the only way I can see the progress of my applicaiton

is that through the webform?
If so you should automatically receive an email to confirm submission of request

Relax - it looks like everything is normal. You'll only be asked for additional paperwork if needed and you will see this on the status and messages. The background check should go to in progress next and this is the longest phase where your "risk" to Canada's security is accessed and checked with multinational government organisations and potential qualifications, job offers, references etc. This can take several weeks and if you've visited or resided in multiple countries beforehand, may take months.
