It depends on VOs...ottawa ppr letters ask for a minimum 6 month passport validity..ndvo asks for 1 years passport validity....(irrespective of the fact that you have valid medicals)

if they are ready to issue PPR, they would ask you renew your passport..and then submit..which could cause further delay...

Yes you can renew now...scan all pages and upload via cse...once you do...they get notified that you have a new passport...now when you get ppr...you can send both passports or just the new one...makes no difference...they know everything about you by now

You already had one yr validity at the time of eAPR. So just wait for any intimation from IRCC. Passport in India can be renewed in 2 days. So there will be no delay even if they ask you to renew. Just don't get worried and wait for PPR. It will be coming soon. Good luck.

the duties listed in the letter(s) of reference appears to be consistent with the actions in the lead statement. PA meets the definition of provincial nominee and selection under PN program. I am satisfied that PA meets A11.2 assessment. PA appears to have the ability to become economically established in the nominated province. i am satisfied that PA meets eligibility under EE-M1 PV2.
