Generally it is anywhere between one to two weeks.

Expiry of medicals or passport whichever is early. IF they have not asked for re medicals you need not worry.

you dont need to renew your passport now. you are about to get ppr. Only if they ask you to renew and send new one you have to do it now or else you will have to land before your passport expiry or medical expiry whichever comes first.
