Hi guys, I am wondering what the status of the eligibility review is for your application. Mine is still review in progress. Is it something that is going to change at some point or just stay like this until your application gets approved?

It stays like that until the very end.

Advice needed!

How long does it take for the VO to look at the additional document?

I submitted the RCMP PCC requested by cic about two weeks ago, now the "Review of submitted documents" still says "Provided" as opposed to "We have received the document". The help botton says "Provided" means "we are reviewing documents that have been submitted to see if they are the documents we asked for". It is the PCC for sure and what is that they need to review? When I look at the spreadsheet it usually only take less than a week for others to get the additional document reviewed.

Out of stress I order GCMS last week and am also waiting on that...Should I call? Should I wait some more?? :p

My guess is they haven't even looked at it yet...Same thing with my FBI PC.

I wasn't planning to order GCMS notes until yesterday when OINP closed most of their PNP streams for the year, which was my backup plan in case my current EE application got rejected. So I feel the same way. Hopefully something positive will come from the GCMS notes.

Same thing for my uploaded schedule A, which is still "provided" instead of "We have received the document".

As far as I know,
1) GCMS notes usually arrive within 20 days
2) Rejections after 40 days are very rare, with the primary reasons being in-convincing employment letter or proof of funds.

So let's wait patiently and hope for the best.

Have you heard of many rejections after 40 days? Just wondering :)

2015 was ALOT quicker for CEC. They're averaging 4-5 months nowadays :(

Thank you and hyh1004 for sharing! It is always comforting to know that we are not the single case...I guess we need to be extra patient at this point.

Best luck to us all!!!

So I can use a non-canadian debit card to pay for GCMS notes as long as I provide a Canadian postal address? This means your billing addres is not the same as the contact address provided, has the money CAD $5 been successfully withdrawn from your non-canadian bank acount?
Yes this is possible, I have done the same and got notes to my email ID. payment method can be anything, does not need to match with the address of the Canadian Citizen or PR.
