The section 4 of the Access to Information Act states:

Right to access to records

4 (1) Subject to this Act, but notwithstanding any other Act of Parliament, every person who is

(a) a Canadian citizen, or

(b) a permanent resident within the meaning of subsection 2(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act,

has a right to and shall, on request, be given access to any record under the control of a government institution.

People not in Canada can have a representative who is either a citizen or a PR and can order the notes on their behalf, or use a third party private company like

I have the following concerns
1> As per the AGENT REVIEW IN NOTES1, it is mentioned that 'review is required'! Does this question my eligibility? I have not seen this in other applicant's GCMS notes.. so kind of worried... have any of you come across such an AGENT COMMENT?
2> As per the last updated in file transfer history, my file has been transferred to CPC-Ottawa but since my local visa office is New Delhi, India...shouldn't be my file gets transferred to NDVO? (probably will that happen on a later date?) but has anybody in Mar-AOR experience this too?
3> My file is assigned to RC-9515 and Due Date is 2016/05/28. Any ideas regarding the significance of this date? Any Correlation with PPR?

Please share your ideas/opinion regarding the above info from my GCMS notes!!! I will be happy to know your views OR any potential concerns that I need take care of...!!! Would appreciate any help/inputs... Thanks a lot...!!!

Thanks for the info. Primary checks for R10 and A11.2 happen at Centralized Intake Office. Now it will be transferred to local VO for further processing. I think you have crossed the first major hurdle.

Is the 'updated date' mentioned in notes coinciding with change in your BG status.

Thanks... the 'updates date' match with the dates I received notification from CIC...!

But I doubt that if eligibility review happens once or twice..? In my case, the agent writes in the notes that 'review required' however it shows 'eligibility met' in the assessment sections as well as in the application log section.

Can you tell me what exactly was the change in your BG status during this period. Was it same as mine.

Submitted----April 19 (same day AOR) bg check NOT NEEDED.

April 21------bg check NOT STARTED and medicals PASSED, SCHEDULE A requested.

April 27----schedule A submitted.

April 28------Additional docs provided and BG check back to NOT NEEDED.

what could this imply with bg check.

Iam FSW OUTLAND, SINGLE........CRS 478, FSW 70.

Yeah very close...! In my case, I happened to check MyCIC account on 24MAR and saw that BG changed from 'not started' to 'Not needed at this time' and then on 25MAR I got the official notification mail about this update.

I think end of June/early July is when the PPR rain starts for us.
PNPs are usually processed a little faster than FSW and CEC, but the difference can be negligible now.

Order GCMS notes. For me it helped when I knew the that R10 was completed. I stopped checking every few hours and did only once a day.
