How do you know you are at IP2? Have you gone through all states (IP1, NA2)?

YES. basically I checked my account multiple times everyday. I am not sure now is IP2, but I saw IP2 and NA2 before.

Same here... I called up CIC and they mentioned my case is still in CIO and eligibility is in progress.. I was moved to IP2 (after staying in NA2 for 7 day) on 27th Feb.

Same situation here. I emailed ottawa to have an update about my application, they told me that CIO Sydney is currently processing my application. I thought when IP2, a file was already in local vo
