Thank you everyone. This thread was really useful for me. I've just completed my PG Diploma and now going to proceed for its ECA through IQAS. Hope this will work.


QUESTION:However, I've a doubt.
I've already got my Graduation degree successfully evaluated from WES (3 years equivalency). Is it alrite if now I get my PG Diploma ( from SCDL) evaluated from IQAS. If yes, do I need to send my documents for already evaluated Graduation degree as well?
PS: My score is lingering around 430, so I'm in need of few points to get the ITA.

Just send your Post Graduation transcripts to IQAS. nothing else.

Hi all,

Today I have got my successful ECA assessment for my SCDL diploma from IQAS.
My docs were received by them on 02-08-2017 and they acknowledged regarding the receipt of docs on 31-08-2017.

Today I got email from IQAS that my ECA assessment has been completed and soft copy was attached. Hard copy will follow by courier.
I know lot of ppl were asking about SCDL assessment. So I am writing to let them know that IQAS assesses SCDL diploma.

Hi...was just curious wjat was the equivalency that IQAS assessed. Also was SCDL mentioned as a recognised institution. Thanks for your help!

IQAS evaluates SCDL. Its being a long time.

I am from batch 2005-07 but mine got rejected from IQAS. Was your diploma awarded by SCDL or SIU?

Need your support in getting clarity on "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years". Can I get higher CRS score under quoted category?

Today, I received ECA soft copy from IQAS exactly after 13 weeks from receiving all documents.
-For Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Degree from Delhi University=> Canadian Equivalency: Three- year undergraduate degree program.
-For Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from SCDL, Pune=> Canadian Equivalency: Two-year Graduate diploma program.

Did you send the transcript s by yourself or asked scdl and DU to send it to IQAS.

COMPARATIVE LEVELS OF ACHIEVEMENTS IN CANADA

The bschelba degree generally compares to the completion of 3 year bachelor of cpmmcomm

The post graduate Diploma generally compares to completeion of University Dilpoma with a focus

So can you pls let me know I can claim 2 or more certifucaceor deheed..

Pls Ur inputs r valuable as it will change my score drsstidrast

I have tried to reach out to SCDL for understanding if they will courier my transcripts to iQAS directly and don't seem to understand my request. Additionally i joined SCDL in 2005 and completed in 2007, not sure when my degree was awarded, where can i check this detail.
this forum has mixed response from iQAS recognising the SCDL diploma basis on which year they completed theirs. So is there is a catch here?

What is a transcript?
It's a sealed envelope provided by the university which includes your degree and consolidated marksheet.i.e clear
Next is,, you have to fill the form pay the fees take print out and in a bigger envelope put everything together.
Nothing needs to be attested.
No id proof required.
SCdl doesn't have the facility to send the transcripts directly to IQAS, so you will do everything yourself.
Take the print out of both the addresses (IQAS and yours to return the docs)
Make sure the sealed envelopes are no tampered...

SCDL is asking for the iQAS form... any idea which form are they referring to?

Kindly note that for Transcript you have to send SCDL the student request form (SRF: http://www.scdl.net/downloads/SR...) along with the DD of Rs.500/- (each copy) (If you want it by post on Indian address). The DD should be in favour of “The Director SCDL, Pune payable at Pune branch. please mentioned your registration number, name and purpose of sending the DD on the back side of the DD.

You have to send coloured photocopy of Final Mark List and Diploma Certificate. Wile taking photocopy of Final Mark List reduce the size of Final Mark List on Xerox and then take the print, it should be on A4 paper size. (the said photocopy should be readable)

(For example if you want 1 transcript you have to send 2 set of coloured photocopy of Final Mark List and Diploma Certificate). You are required to send extra one set of coloured photocopy of Final Mark List and Diploma Certificate for the records

Note : - After receiving / processing of proper applications / documents and the DD of required fees (DD dated should be of same month only) it will take next 10 to 15 working days to process your case and dispatch the same on your communication address.

You are rquired to send the above mentioned documents and the DD of requried fees on below mentioned address.
