Yung canadian visa ko kasi hanggang 2022 pa, then apply po ako study permit for 2 years study now. TIA

May update naba sa application nyo after younpassed the medical?

Hi rain143,

Wala pa din. Sabi sa amin ng senior consultant Friday night, usually after ng medical passed mga ika-5th week from June 26th may update na kmi dapat. Kung wala pa din, we still need to wait until the 6th week. They showed me the timelines of their previous clients who applied April and May 2019. Pero tayong June/July applicants bka 1st or 2nd week ng August and update. Eto daw kasi ung time na buhos ang Visa application.

Hoping and praying for everyone's visa to be approved the soonest possible.

Hi! I also have a visitor visa until 2021 and I got a student visa last April. :)

Hi gwentysomething,
June 26th kmi nkpaglodge ng application.

How's your application? May update na ba?

My relatives in Ontario told me 60 days ung usual length ng regular stream processing. Hope we can get positive updates soon.

God bless!
Hello! Sorry I just saw this! Anyway, wala pa eh. :( Been almost 2 wks since my eligibility review started.. Pero up to now wala pa.. Kayo po?

Since your son is in his 2nd year, best is to look for a University/College admission. Visit/Browse the website of your chosen school and find out their admission requirements.

1. Look for school/university/college
2. Determine the requirements for admission
3. Secure all documents needed by school
4. If IELTS is required: review, book for exam, and obtain the minimum bandwith requirement of your school
5. Get Letter of Admission from the school
6. Choose your application route:
  • Regular Stream (6 weeks processing) or
  • Study Direct Stream SDS (20 calendar days processing)
7. Secure documents/requirements for CIC application.

Check out the ff link:

May i know the difference between Regular stream and SDS, aside from the financial requirements and processing time?...is the student still allowed to,work 20 hrs per week?..will he still be allowed to get a PGWP after he finish his course?...thank you

Students are allowed to work 20 hrs regardless of stream chosen. I believe, PGWP depends if qualified yung school. May mag schools kasi na hindi eligible for PGWP. Better check this website to see if the school is PGWP-eligible: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...re/designated-learning-institutions-list.html

Question po.

SP po application with husband and 1 child. Di kasi ako makalink sa GCkey account, provided that I have my UCI and application number.

Salamat po sa sasagot.

Halos magkasunod lang po tayo. Hopefully magka result na po soon. Good luck and God bless po.

Hi guys anyone here lodged their application on the 2nd week of May?
Yung akin kasi 62days na wala pa ring decision prior to the day I submitted my online application (regular). Still waiting for final decision ang status. Baka may same case din dito like mine. Sept intake in CNC,BC.

All the best!

Hi po,

Correct po kayo regarding the differences. Regarding PGWP and working for 20 hrs per week as a student, same lang po for SDS and Reg Stream.
