Mao jud, in demand kaayo ang health care related jobs, dako pa jud salary.

Music Industry Arts akong program nga na enroll, pero mo apply pa ko sa SP next week. Sa Ontario ko hopefully. Ikaw?

Naa ko mga kaila pero sa school residence ra ko plano mo stay hopefully.

Wala raba ko idea pero I heard nga okay man daw ang Alberta. Naa ko amigo didto sa Edmonton. Wala ba sila mo offer ug winter intake?

Yes po, i have reviewed schools nmn and my ielts score is enough for me to pass. Yes, i had a one month preparation lang taz weekends lang ako pumapasok sa review center.
Though i have expected that parang hindi ako mkkapasok sa september na class.
So i guess i'll try to see what i can do. Thanks anyway.

Hi everyone, just registered as a member but I’ve been following this very helpful thread for quite sometime. I'm currently gathering my docs and preparing the requirements. Just wondering if any of the seniors or prospective applicants have gone thru this or are in the same boat as I am:

1. Applied previously to any of CIC’s immigration streams eg PNPs prior to applying for a study permit?
-My partner and I applied last 2013 in one of the PNPs, but didn’t get through as they have reached the quota, hence our application was mailed back.
-This has been crossing my mind as I am preparing the requirements. Baka kasi makaaffect ito sa study permit applications ko. Any thoughts?

2. Currently finishing a masters program – for the sake of tying up loose ends, to be honest. Matatapos na kasi ang residency ko and saying naman since thesis nalang kulang. I do this part-time along side tending to our business.
-Concern lang is, di kaya ako maquestion since nagaaral ako at the time na magaaply ako ng study permit- to study again. Although the program in Canada is related to and may help in our business here.

3. At age 33 with some masteral units earned, I am leaning towards taking up a 2-year diploma program (not even a post-grad or masters) for: 1. a longer PGWP 2. related to our current line of business 3. Cheaper tuition fee
-Late na kaya itong 33 to apply for a study permit?
-May nagapply po ba dito with some years of experience na dito sa pinas and/or post-grad level of education ng diploma program? The course that I found is the closest sa line of business namin, ayoko naman na magmasters ulit sa ngayon aside sa mas expensive, mejo toxic din, parang id rather focus on working and building ties there.. –God willing.

Anyone care to share similar experiences? Hoping to hear your advice, comments or suggestions. Nakakakaba!

2) Baka nga maquestion ka, since sunod sunod yung studies mo. I guess you have to explain why you're studying again since you're finishing your Masters na? Why are you going to Canada? Also you have to be careful which course you are choosing kasi dapat logical progression ng studies. They don't look too kindly on people na say, may masters na tas bumalik ng pagtake ng diploma course or postgrad course sa Canada. Dapat maayos ang pagka-explain sa SOP mo.

3) Age is not an issue at all.
I'm taking postgrad in business, and have been working for more than 10 years dito sa Pinas

1. Yes, it was mailed back with a letter saying that the cap has been fulfilled and the application is being returned. Although there wasn’t any implied statement that it was not filed, does that mean na lahat ng returned files were not recorded/filed at all? May I ask scorpio1641, what made you say na hindi makaka-affect ito? Did you go through a similar experience?

2. That’s my big concern at the moment. I want to go there, because I want to start a life there, truthfully. But study wise, we want to upgrade din our business know-how that is why I am studying. The course is more beneficial to the business’ future direction than to me. But since small lang naman sha, ako po ang magstudy. Yes, thanks for the reminder. I hope maconvince ko sila. Any one with a similar reason sa SOP nila??

Hello again, may I kindly clarify this. Mejo naguguluhan lang kasi ako;

1. Nabasa ko through back reading, okay na sabay kayo, that cic recommends couples applying together.eg page 238. .
Sa ibang comments naman mas okay if mauna ang magaapply ng student permit then sunod nalang ang partner/spouse for OWP.

In my case po, ang plan namin ni partner is to enter together, initially, to help me settle. Then balik sha PH to tend to our business. Then maybe visit me again during my 2-year study. TRV po ang iapply niya, is that correct- since the partner has no intention to work there?

My dilemma is, if we should apply ng sabay or wait muna for my SP approval then,sha naman for TRV?

2. Also, just planning our timeline: if for passport request na, may deadline po ba ang submission for stamping? We’re planning kasi to take a month’s vacay sometime in between after ng medicals- god willing and the PPR. If in case, I/we will not be able to submit pag may PPR na, pwede kaya I request to extend the deadline as we are out of the country- if that is ever possible?

September po start ng classes, hope we have enough time.

Any thoughts po?

Hi paniolo, nope, I didn't go through the same experience unfortunately ... as you can see on my TL, I'm still waiting for my visa. But I learned a lot from this forum.

For your first concern, you can ask tipsy more about it. Pareho kayong may prior application. But from what I read here, walang effect yung past applications, unless it is still active. Yung iba nga may past refusals na, and they still get the visa.

Hi scorpio! thanks a lot ha. nakakalakas ng loob ito. Mukang hindi naman active application ko kasi I couldnt find any UCI sa returned mail nila- thankfully. And reading through this forum helps a lot talaga.
In God's perfect time makukuha mo na yan!! Im sure you've read it already but If I can recall si softmallowgum yata even had a history sa lung area nya- p186? But still got approved! And with your kind and super sipag replies, you have nothing but good karma all around! Basta stay in good shape and don't miss your meds, if you are taking any!

Any suggestions sa pagapply namin ng partner ko, sabay kaya namin i-lodge or should I do it first? Then sha follow with a TRV lang-not an OWP

hello. nakapagaply ka na ba sa NAIT? (sorry, d masyado nakakaintindi ng bisaya). parang close na kasi applications for MLT for sept intake eh,. tapos hindi din cla nagoofer sa winter
