The last activities was to resubmit medical results after first submission that I receive updates on my status that the medical was pass two month after I sent message to Pretoria VO I got reply from them that the Aplication is with the officer for final decision.. I waited for another 1 month before resent another email I got another reply that the Aplication is with the officer again pending a review.. 13 months all are not making any sense to me ..

Yeah it's all very confusing. Was your medical one year old already? Wonder why they asked you to re-submit medical?

No the medical is 5 moths now ..

My husband and I applied for his dependent children and just got their Passport Request. Below are our timelines:

Received Application for PR - Feb. 12th 2019
AOR 1 - March 21st 2019
AOR 2 - April 8th 2019
Medical Institutions Received - June 17th 2019
Medical Passed - June 29th 2019
Pre-arrival Services - July 27th 2019
Passport Request - August 5th 2019

We waited just over a week for the passport request and had to send a follow up email to Pretoria as we expected the passport request within days after the pre-arrival services email. Fortunately they responded today with the PPR.
