Any Question on Express Entry---i will try to answer

Hello,

I have a small question regarding certain profession categories.

I am a law graduate and athough I haven't sat the bar exam, I fulfilled all the degree requirements to be able to sit the bar exam in both France and Ireland. (European systems don't use the Bachelor + J.D system - only a Bachelor/Masters of Laws suffice to sit the bar exam).

I do hold several degrees (Bachelor of French Law, Bachelor of Irish Law, Masters) which were completed in the course of a 4 year dual program.

I am currently interning at an investment firm under a long term contract.

My question is because I am only an intern in corporate governance, what profession category should I select when filling my application?

That said your word has to be paid, full-time employment so an internship may not qualify.

my ielts scores -

i have a first degree uncle who is a canadian citizen

my spouse has a 4 year degree course but was not assessed for ECA.
my age is 28 years old
my noc is 0112 Human resource managers
and 6314 Customer and information services supervisors (contact centre supervisor)
no canadian work exp

Please help me in selecting the NOC for EE profile creation.

Currently I am working in Health care Industry as a Center Manager (In Cosmetic Surgery Department)- NOC 0311, but previously was working with Fitness( NOC 0513),Beauty and Slimming(Weightloss) Industry (0651)as the Center,Branch Manager and also as Area Manager for one year. I have completed my Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics

So I am confused which NOC to be chosen. If I chose 0311,then its is for Healthcare managers,but for that we need to be in a position of Directors,VP etc.. So I am confused to chose between these NOC codes 0114, 0014 or 0651.

ECS - Completed with WES.


Please let me know which NOC to be chosen?? I m confused

I was working as a software developer(2174) from February 2014 to December 2014 and From January onward I am working as a DBA(2172) in the same company. While creating my EE profile what should I put in primary occupation? Can anyone please help me on it?

I had created express entry profile and i scored 371 points. i want to apply under CEC program of express entry. After creating profile i received a pdf message saying that i do not have valid job offer letter and register on job bank. their is express profile number and job seeker validation code in that message too but i already mention that i have valid job offer while creating my profile. i dont have PNP or LMIA

Please let me know why it is saying that? Is it just auto generated message for everyone ? do we need to register on job bank if we have valid job offer letter?

Currently I am eligible for both CEC and FSW on EE system, I have not count my work experience outside of Canada yet,
I have 2 years of work experience outside of Canada, If I count on this experience to gain more scores in EE system, and by any chance (after ITA) the officer is not satisfied with those experience (either salary or NOC number), is it considered miss representation?
Although, I would still be eligible (due to Canadian work experience and other factors ), do they reject the application?

If currently you are working full time then you dont need to look for another job. If not, then yes, you should start applying.

Use the one in which you have majority of your experience (2172)

As you mentioned you dont have PNP or LMIA then you have to register in the job bank regardless you have a valid job offer (without LMIA). If you would not register then your profile would be considered as incomplete and you wont be in the pool for a ITA.

I would suggest you should include your experience gained outside the Canada too to make your profile stronger. However, if you don't have proof/documents to support that then I would prefer not to include it.
