Maybe someone can help me regarding my situation right now.
When i send my wife's PCC its not updated but i attached a letter of explaination that if i got her updated PCC, i will send it asap.
Do you know where i can send it even they didnt ask me to send the updated one?
I want just to be ahead of the situation that maybe this will be the cause of my application will be closed or rejected.

When did u send the CsE, have u already submitted the new application? What is your plan? I'm in the same s*.
I'mve got cancelled on the 19th, sent CsE half an hour later, ITA on the 22nd. Now I would just send it all again, but I guess we can't have 2 applications going on.

My bad 22 , well I sent my cse on the 21 , and a second one on 27 with the pcc update. I am just waiting till the 17th of june if I get no response by then I will be moving on .

Yes. I had medical passed, which changed 1.5month after I submitted, and I had background check in progress, which changed just few days after submission.
In the cancellation letter they say that other things might be incomplete as they haven't checked it all.
Cic will be adjusting their process, and how things are done and checked by their side. They learn with us, and they have the right to do whatever they want. In my opinion, they have too kuch discretion on their behalf, as on this forum you can see ppl being rejected/cancelled, while other ppl arw asked to upload those docs additionally. Which sucks big time.

same here background in progress , medical passed, cancelled 2 months and 19 days in

I applied from within Canada.
my generic reply says Canada..

let's hope. my time for submitting the new application is ticking. will wait 30 days from 19 of May when I've sent the CSE.

Same here - medical passed, BG check was in progress, got canceled on the 14th!

Colorblind, totally agree with you - if they have just asked to upload those docs additionally this would've made big difference in the perception and the efforts of this process. at least, your application still within the system, not that you are now trying hard to rectify issues and get it re-opened!

My situation is even worst as I'm not able to create a new profile despite having all the same information exactly the same. it gives me ineligible! so reopening this one is my chance!

I don't get it why r u not eligible. Have you tried contacting them?
but the problem is who.... the sheep there who are bleating diff random answers?

Wow.thats is too unfair,,they can just refuse any application if they want! Are you able to apply for a new application?thanks
