Somewhere in this forum got a link to trackers. Good thing to follow. In general, total processing time varies between 150 and 200 days, including sponsorship approvals:

For which office? Unfortunately Ankara doesn't have one yet. Maybe we should start one There is the spreadsheet for the Damascus transferred cases, but none for us.
I think there are at least 7-8 of us so far on this forum, with one person is already approved.

Days are starting to pass reaaaaallllyyyy slowly here

Really? May 2011? That's horrible Can I ask where is the main applicant from? Did they have an interview? That's around 16 months! Ankara was 5 months last year.
I really wish a smooth and fast process for all of us!

Yes, long distance sucks big time. We are also apart at the moment, and it's really difficult. I'm really hoping for this be over soon.

the application has been approved on Sep 4 ,(it took 74 days from the date I mailed it) but the waiting time has been increased as well , I know it it is hard for all of us ,
I talked to an immigration lawyer and he said , "give it between 6 o 8 month " . The Ankara office is super busy and they r trying to take care of all these application asap.

I've got the further processing letter from CIC, it issued on June 22nd and I know my files in Ankara right now, I already gave my medicals and all files to CIC, how long the process would take?

Welcome Yes, the increase in Ankara's processing time has taken all of us by a not-so-pleasant surprise. I do hope that the process will be as smooth and quick for all of us as possible.

One question about the spreadsheet data: you have indicated that your eCAS status is Decision Made? Is it for the applicant or the sponsor? I should've labeled it better, but I meant to track the application part of eCAS. Please let me know which one it is, and I can update it accordingly.

Hi General, what sort of sponsorship is it? Ankara has recently increased their processing times and we don't have whole lot of information about the process.

On the "sponsorship application status" there is an under line indicating that the decision has been made, this is the e-mail I got from them:

This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted to this office on behalf of Honi...... and family (if applicable).

You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for further processing.

I also called Immigration office several times , they are not very helpful, and all they say is that they are not sure about the time table.
oh well , this is what it is , the path all of us have chosen to build a future with our spouses.

15 months!!! this would be my second time that I apply to sponsor my wife. the firs time they rejected our application after 13 months of waiting!! Now I am trying to reapply again. I am disappointed by seeing the processing time.

Well, they are supposed to do a quarterly update. This year, they did one update on Jan 23rd, another on April 23rd (which somehow only showed up in June), and then another one on August 20th. So yeah, I can't see a proper pattern here, really.

However, I would guess around November-ish probably. I really hope they fix the 15 months. Just thinking about it freaks me out.
