Hi Amman please advice were to get a police certificate for Iraq ?

You have to go the Iraqi embassy and tell them you want a police check. They will do وكالة for someone in Iraq. It takes about a month or so. You have to do finger prints etc. It's pretty easy

I wouldn't send a letter every week...this might annoy them...for the GCMS notes you just need a canadian address but you can specify that they send them via email

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/form-imm5744.asp is for the form. You will have to save it, then complete it, then sign, then scan it back so you have an electronic copy

The ATIP request link is https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/privacyTerms.do

There are some threads on the forum on how to fill it in if you need help but it is fairly straightforward.

I will be there on next tomorrow .Will they give me some such of receipt that i will submit upfront while waiting for the original document? should i tell them to mailed it to cic or i have to do translation on the document before sending it please advice .

Submit the papers that you received and that are ready to be mailed in. In the email explain the the Iraqi police check is taking longer. And give them a receipt so that there is proof that you are trying to obtain one.

I'm sorry I didn't really understand your post. Did you send the Iraqi embassy a note that the Canadian embassy wants the police check. Or did you send the Canadian embassy proof that you are trying to obtain a police check from Iraq and it is taking long.

If they already gave you an extension I'm sure that they will give you another one.

Hi ,yes CIC gave a month and still i did not get the document yet .I am just wondering if i asked for another extension if they will approve it. I sent them the document that i receives from the embassy which says there will be a delay in processing the document.

Im sure they will have no problem extending it if you showed them proof that it is taking longer to process the documents.
