I applied on May 2 2018. My eligibility was our under review for a long time under 11.2. I submitted job requirements letter before ADR. It had been 9 months and I got a ghost update last week. Then I called them today and the person there said all checks have passed including eligibility and BG and they are waiting to make a final decision. Also that the maximum final end date is July 10. Can anyone help me understand this??
