Hello Guys,

My Girlfriend Were OUT OF STATUS From August 2017, I Married her on DEC 5th and Submit Inland spousal sponsorship with OWP on 27 February,2018. After one month, I got confirmation with Application number from cic , then Link my file with cic account.

Then I got request for PCC, Schedule A form. I submit it.

I have questions, Do we also have to go through Appeal Process or it would be normal for us.

Please explain, what does this appeal means and how it works ?

Once you file appeal, you will have to wait for 120 days, and rest assured, you will not get it before that.

hi we are in we for scheduling too and we have the same issues, age difference. we are focusing on building our life in morocco due to the fact that so many spousal appeals are denied in Canada. so I'll go to our hearing but we are building a house in Morocco. either way we will be together. I will not allow strangers to control our lives .

received letter.

Good morning! When the judge tells you they will mail the decision it does not mean that it will be a negative decision. They will look over all the evidence provided by you and your spouse and make a decision from there. I was told that if ministers Council doesn't come to a decision in your favor then normally the judge does give the decision in writing after so that he or she can make a fair decision. So not to worry at all! Good luck!!

i have recevied my passport from aramex today with visa, ALHAMDULLIAH.'
nobody knowes that where he will be , what will he eat , and where is gona, be die, even these 16 days in dubai (UAE)
i never though that , and expect that i will come to dubai , to sent my passport from here , because it is not legel in pakistan.

my visa isseu date is 17th of october 2011, same that day when i had my passport request , i mean
ppr and decsion made were same week , and i sent my passport to chc london on 25th of october
and chc london recevied it 27th oct,,,,,,,, after 14th day i have got my passport from chc london via chc abu dehbi
according to my experience that , if applicant gets decsion made with the ppr , its mean that visa has been isseu , and applicant just need to sent passport , to pste the visa on it , thanks every body specialy Mr qorax,,, and bijupv007 and all other members. prey fore me ........

My appeal hearing regarding spouse sponsor was on Jan 15,2018 in IAD Toronto, decision fro IAD received on March 22,2018 and i won.Till the day i m waiting for further move ,
any body can advise please
what should i do
or only wait for the response from CIC
and what will be done next step by CIC,

I got my decision 2 months after the hearing, and it was a positive decision.
