Hi all. Been awhile since I've been here. We heard from the consultant two weeks ago (end of may) that the bluebook finally arrived. No contact with IAD though.
I've scanned the posts (quickly mind you). Anyone know the typical reply time from bluebook to contact so we can set an appeal hearing with ADR or IAD?

we received the bluebook at the end of october and the ADR took place in the middle of may this is for montreal area and i called them and sent the letter asking for the ADR date

OMG my lawyer said 2 to 3 weeks to get a ADR hearing once they call which was to be 10working days after the bluebook.

Hi gango girl. After the receiving ur blue book . U have to wait for ur ADR or full hearing date. IAD panel will decide u ll go ADR or Full hearing then they wil inform u. When u get ur date then 20 days b4 hearing u ll send the documents . In the meanwhile u gather all proofs of ur on going relation till submit ur documents to IDA.

Hi vijender Rana. Blue book is ur all record the u send to cic . N they send u back after rejection ur visa request .in the blue book what visa office has objections on concerns n also mention y vo refuseed ur case.

Hi congrats on you're marriage ..my husband was refused a visa CAIPS notes were ok but the really fall over mine and my husbands age gap and he is Muslim and im not im Christian the Cairo immigration officer said that in Canada Muslims are not accepted to married Christians LMAO..so now we just wait for our appeal ,I have a hearing on july 2 a IAD

Whaaaaaaaaaat??? I'm an Atheist married to a Muslim!! Although, I'm Muslim on paper as I converted to get the proof of religion needed to marry. That is ridiculous. I live in a predominantly Muslim country, and there are plenty of Muslims married to Christians here.

It is allowed in Islam for a Muslim to marry any "follower of the book", in fact.

're blue book...they gave us back all our proof at hubby interview..I also now have the full gcms notes detailing all the interview...do you think the blue book will be different then what I have now ?

Total I paid $8k,because my lawyer had to go twice to court.
