Can you please share these emails with me? I have the same situation, all steps all complete in my application tracker...Called them and agent mentioned that on the 23rd of August, you got the email, but there is nothing in my inbox and spam? Not sure what else can do

Sorry, I'm not sure, however, I have seen people shooting to all of the above email IDs and being rewarded.

When I call IRCC they say my Eligibility is still in review its been 17 months, idk whether Tracker is Accurate which says all the modules are completed from past 4 months or IRCC Agent they say my Eligibility is still in Review
GC Key - Review of medical results - May 24, 2023:You passed the medical exam.
