I am very afraid for such kind of alart.
What may have, what they want to do, what documents will I bring, where it may take place, overall what kind of question can thay ask me???
I am very very worried.
Friends, pl. help me on this matter to overcome successfully.
Best of luck.

Dear Kartik,
My status is like your status, so nothing to worry, wait and see.

Let us know your academic background. its in Biology or something else.
Any relative in Canada, anything you suspect that might have led this.
Sometimes CIC calls applicants on interview in random basis. apparently, the current trend is what prince said, to delay the proceedings. the quota seems full for the year 2011.

You dont have to worry. They will not ask you about Physics ( as you studied Biology- supposedly) or wouldnt ask you about jobs you did not perform. I'd advice you to take advice of a professional and certified consultant in Dhaka. you'd not find more than a pair within this forum of CHC Singapore who had interviews. I can't even recall a single name.

Dear,
Thanks for share.
My background is Agriculture, and this quota is not fulled yet.
Interview process will delay the total process. Can you share with me about any farm who can suggess me on interview?
Best of luck

Ziau

you have most likely been called as random basis, or they might have something to ask you.
Order CAIPS now. it will tell you what made the VO calling you to an interview.
When will the Interview take place? CHC Singapore mentioned any Date, or any current queue time; around 2-3 years?

Hurreeeeeeeeeee Great news for Visa receivers only

PIA ticket only 48600/bdt. chield 36000/- so it's the minimum cost for air ticket ever I see. don't miss
and leave other airlines.

if more airfare is the concern, PIA is the best solution then.
I believe Islamabad/Karachi's people wouldnt behave like Mumbaians did at the airport with a few guys on their way by Jet Airways to Toronto.

If Airfare is the only issue then also consider about companion or child (if any) whether they can tolerate 16 hrs non-stop travel from Pakistan to Toronto. BD-PAK I think travel time will be 3.5 hour and it will not be matter even travel by parachute.

There is no doubt that this is the lowest fare. I have already gone through some user reviews for PAK-Toronto route in different forums. To be summarized, their comments are, 2 times spicy meal for 16 hrs journey, average delay time 2 hrs, seats are average with poor or no entertainment system but have enough leg space, toilets with/without washing liquids, aircraft overall quality is average, etc. Positive site is total time from BD-Toronto is relatively lower than other routes. Probably, it will starts from BD around 3 PM and will arrive in Toronto around 2 PM local time. Transition time in Pakistan is only about 3 hrs.

Finally, one has to decide route considering fare, Duration and comfort. Frequent air travelers can easily choose this route if consider fare and duration. I was expecting answer from someone from BD who used this route but it seems that none have use this route.

i fly once a year to/from dhaka to houston - if you are looking for cheaper rates then don't fly in summer :) either fly before May or after august-(dec - Jan - peak season as well).

i flew to Houston/Dhaka/Houston - for $ 800 (56,000) -Qatar in april (2009- gas price was 150 per bbl) - in qatar air, $900-Qatar (2010) in March, $1500- Emirates, in February (2011- it was cheaper in Qatar but i stopped in dubai ) .. do the math .. i also flew in Continental, Gulf Air (sucked) etc ..

- FYI - i never flew with PIA - but my agent always recommended me to not fly in PIA - service sucks ...
