Now to all seniors, me my husband and my son (7 years) all r holding manual passport. I am going to set for the IELTS exam on 25th August( InshaAllah) and after getting my IELTS result i will apply for FSW1, other all the documents almost gathered. so now please suggest me, is it ok with the manual passport or i have to get a MRP( machine readable passport).
my passport valid for 2017, my husbands passport valid for 2015 and my son untill 2012.

NO PROB WITH MANNUAL PASSPOST. we asked the embassy before our submission and they confirmed. we got our visa on Mannual passport.

Manual is ok as long as it is valid

Hasib bhai, please please dont disappear again, even though i know you were busy with your medical staff ( i guess) but still do visit the thread. its a kind of blessing to have seniors like you casayed, bdskilled, manji ,idas, ekram bhai and many more.

Hi All,

Any news for Pre June 2010 candidates? I saw teaspoons calculation, which really shows how poor our chances are!
I require some advice from members here
Last November '10, my file moved to In Process (I applied in Jan 2010, submitted all my papers in March 2010)
They did a check in 1st week of February this year at my office. After that there has been no changes or updates from their end, I havnt gotten my Medicals yet.

Should I write a case based query? I mean whats the point of checking with my office and getting the confidence on my file but not following it up? Ofcourse they are now only working with the Post June cases, so would it hurt my case to send the query?

Waiting for some expert opinions (I know many of you are in the same situation as me!)

Dear MZR,

This is not true that they have stopped working with pre- june. Post June are getting priority.
It's better for you to send a case specific query and also apply for CAIPS.

LONG STORY SHORT:

01. they refused us saying i am not a dentist - 3131!!
02. they gave me back the bank draft
03. after appealing saying; "yes honey" i am not a dentist - 3131 'cause I AM A PHARMACIST - 3131;
04. they said "ok, we're reconsidering but I need the fee!! so send it back to me!!"
05. then I send it back again.
06. they sent the PER
07. then without rbvo it changes to IN PROCESS!!!!
08. W - A - I - T - I - N - G - .. I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG!!
